World renowned comedian and actor Sean Hughes (sardonic team captain of ‘Never mind the Buzzcocks’, Pat in 'Coronation Street') tops a bill of outstanding stand-up comedy in aid of these two locally inspired charities.

Sean is very ably supported by four top quality comedians; Adam Bloom (‘Adam is my favourite comedian’ - Ricky Gervais) has won awards and performed sold-out shows all over the world including Melbourne, Montreal and Edinburgh. He has also written extensively for television and radio as have Simon Evans ('smart, intelligent, witty) and David Hadingham (hilarious, tongue-in-cheek satanic glee).

This amazing night is all held together by compere Gordon Southern, (‘Infectious enthusiasm and energy’-  The List) , another globe-trotting, award-winning comic whose great stories, superb one-liners and unsurpassed audience banter will set up what will be a truly memorable evening.
 
Live music will be performed at various stages throughout the evening by up and coming singer-songwriting genius Anna Ditchburn.
