After their fantastic, fresh Two Gentlemen of Verona, this two-man Zimbabwean company offer another Shakespeare play with a twist! Based on a corrupt, pirated version of play, we bring you a provocative appropriation of Shakespeare's masterpiece, all set in in a contemporary Zimbabwean context. To be performed during Black History Month.
Amongst a variety of activities, we run weekly Youth Theatre groups at Fairfield High School and Peterchurch church in the Golden Valley and at Kington Primary School in conjunction with Lady Hawkins Secondary School. Peterchurch Drama and Fun Club
This is a fun and funky start to the weekend, led by one of The Courtyard’s experienced Youth Theatre practitioners. It is open to all abilities, for kids aged 6-12 years who want to expand their drama skills, build confidence or just have a good time.

Fairfield Youth Theatre
These weekly sessions based in Fairfield High School are again led by Youth Theatre leader Kate Ganderton. These classes will give you the opportunity to develop your skills with the guidance of an experienced Youth Theatre practitioner.

Professional theatre director Jess Mackenzie leads these weekly sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills under the expert guidance of a renowned theatre director.

Coming Soon...... Kington Senior Youth Theatre
Following the success of Kington Youth Theatre in 2009, we plan to extend our work in Kington into Years 9 and 10 creating Kington Senior Youth Theatre. This, the Courtyard’s Sister Youth Theatre will offer you access to some of the best training in performing arts that is on offer in Herefordshire, and right on your doorstep.
