Get-in and Fit-up
The Courtyard will provide for "getting-in" (excluding exceptional loads and heavy mechanical equipment) upto a maximum of 2 persons and 8 single hours. If the get-in take place on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, then each hour worked shall count as two single time hours. The Courtyard reserves the right to determine the minimum number of persons and hours necessary for a safe and efficient Get-in and Fit-up. The Visiting company will be charged for all persons in excess of 2 and in excess of the maximum of 8 single time hours per person in connection with the Get-in and Fit-up of set, lighting etc. Get-in hours are between 9.00 and 13.00 and 14.00 to 18.00. All hours outside these times will be charged to the contra account unless otherwise agreed by the Resident Manager.
Show Call
The Courtyard will provide and pay for resident performance staff consisting of:-
MAIN HOUSE - 2 persons
These persons are available 1 hour 30 mins prior to curtain up and 3 hours 30 mins from the advertised performance start time. During performances one technician must be located at prompt corner to act as Duty Safety Officer for the backstage area. This person is not available for show work as they must be free to deal with emergency situations. An exception may be made if The Company have their own Stage Manager at promt corner, and this person has been briefed on emergency proceedures backstage. The Visiting Company will be charged via the contra account for additional hours and staff deemed to be necessary.
Get-out
Single performance productions requiring a Get-out of no longer than 1 hour from curtain down. and using a standard house lighting rig will incur no additional Get-out costs.
Larger performances requiring a longer Get-out or a specific lighting rig (requiring a de-rig) will be charged at an hourly rate of 1.5 times per hour per person (minimum of two persons) for a minimum of four hours per person.
Shows that require a 38' - 50' trailer or the equivalent multiples of, will be charged at £45 net per person, per trailer. A minimum of four crew will be required.
