The final of Herefordshire’s Got Talent, on Sunday 25 March at The Courtyard, will have a record producer on the judging panel. Executive Producer of Cheltenham-based Yellow Shark Music, Jeremy Drew, will be on the look-out for new talent. He has also offered a complimentary recording session at his studios to the winner, in addition to a special trophy and cash prize.
Jeremy commented: ‘I am delighted to be involved with this event, which offers such a huge opportunity to people with a range of performance talents in the county. I am looking forward to an exciting and inspirational evening’.
After a month of intensive auditions and mentoring with industry professionals, fourteen finalists will perform in front of a panel including Hereford Times editor Fiona Phillips, local director and script-writer Lyndsay Maples, leader of Herefordshire’s Gospel Choir Jenny Frost and dance professional Adam Rutherford. The final will be compèred by BBC Hereford and Worcester’s Wincey Willis and will showcase the very best of Herefordshire performance talent, with a range of singers, dancers and musicians of all ages. The event is sponsored by Erect-A-Scaffold.
