How to Book
The Box Office is open from 10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. We are usually closed on Sundays but for Sunday performances we open one hour before the show starts.
In Person
You can book in person at the Box Office at The Courtyard. You can pay with cash, cheque, vouchers, theatre tokens or by most major debit and credit cards (unfortunately we do not accept American Express).
By Phone
You can make enquiries and secure your seats by calling our Box Office on 01432 340555 and paying over the phone using a credit or debit card. Calls are charged at the national rate.
Online
Click the 'Book Online' link available via the chosen event from the 'Whats On' page and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, you can see a listing of all of our events and book tickets for any of them by clicking 'Book Online' in the search bar at the top of the screen. A £2.50 charge is added per-transaction for online bookings to cover the cost of running the service.
By Post
Send a cheque made payable to The Courtyard along with your name, full address and the date and time of the performance you would like to book for. Tickets can be posted to you if you include a self addressed and stamped envelope or add a 75p postage charge.
By Fax
You can also fax a ticket request to us. Please fax your name, address, credit or debit card details and the name, date and time of the performance you would like to book for to 01432 346549, and we will allocate the best available seats.

Please note that not all events that are organised by hirers of The Courtyard’s facilities offer these concessions.

Refunds
Unfortunately The Courtyard does not refund tickets. If a show is sold out we will try and re-sell unwanted tickets on your behalf. A fee of £1 will be charged for each ticket re-sold.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for a performance we will make every effort to ensure your admittance into the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance. Admission however cannot always be guaranteed so please try and allow plenty of time to arrive and park prior to the start time of any event.
Vouchers
Theatre Tokens can be purchased and redeemed at The Courtyard Box Office. It is best to purchase these in person at the Box Office, as postal security cannot be guaranteed.
