Step into an intensive week of actor training designed for young people aged 15–19 who are serious about exploring a future in the performing arts. This summer workshop offers a focused introduction to professional rehearsal practice, led by our experience Actors Academy tutors alongside a professional stage actor who will join the company to share industry insight, technique, and craft. Participants develop core performance skills — including voice, movement, text analysis, and ensemble work — while engaging deeply with one of Shakespeare’s plays. Through a blend of practical exercises and collaborative rehearsal, students gain confidence in interpreting classical text and understanding the demands of professional theatre-making. The week culminates in a staged presentation for an invited audience, giving each participant the opportunity to experience the discipline, creativity, and exhilaration of performance at a pre professional level.
