Chance to Dance
Dance is for everyone! This low impact accessible dance class gives you the opportunity to get moving, develop skills, gain confidence and make friends! Dance fitness has been proven time and again to be the best all round class for body and mind. Helping to increase fitness, improve flexibility and dexterity while challenging your brain with coordination and remembering movements and sequences. Most importantly it is so much fun! Each half term will focus on a different style or subject and you will work towards a short routine. This session is ran by experienced dance and fitness practitioner Lisa Fraser. Lisa has a passion and enthusiasm for dance that is sure to get you smiling, moving and almost certainly sweating!
