Children’s Mental Health Week: Yoga For Kids
By practicing yoga poses, children can learn how to exercise, develop confidence, and concentrate better. They won’t even realise though as it’s wrapped in a whole lot of fun!

Our experienced teacher Becks will help them explore how their bodies can move and change and how this makes them feel through fantastic dynamic asanas (postures), use their breath with easy, calming pranayamas (breathing exercises) and quieten their minds in a soothing relaxation.
Children will be able to take the learnings from the workshop and practice them anywhere! The breathing, the concentration, the poses, and the way kids learn to act or react to situations, will lead to constant self-discovery and inquisitiveness.
