Join us for an exciting journey back in time to explore the wonders of early cinema and the fascinating story of its discovery! In this engaging workshop designed for young people aged 8-14, participants will get hands-on experience of building a model Zoetrope, a captivating device that brings static images to life with the magic of animation! After diving into the history of cinema and trying your hand at filmmaking (a short 101 of modern film cameras and techniques), be transported to a world filled with wonder and adventure by watching ‘Hugo,’ an awe-inspiring film set in the early days of cinema.
