Yoga with Becks.
Yoga emphasises the link between mind, body and breath. It helps, on a physical level, to improve strength, flexibility and energy. Additional benefits include a deeper sense of awareness, better concentration, increased self-confidence and well-being and a calm and relaxed mind. It can also improve the general quality of life and the ability to live in the moment. Yoga is not competitive and each student is encouraged to work towards his/her full potential. Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing), meditation and relaxation are key features of this class.
