Halloween at The Courtyard

Calling all ghouls, ghosts and vampires, creep up to The Courtyard this Halloween for a frightfully fun day and night of entertainment and activities.

 

There’s something for everyone this Halloween at The Courtyard with films, free face painting and trick or treat bags for audiences.

 

Wallace & Gromit In The Curse Of The Were-Rabbit 1024x600On Thursday 31 October we will be screening Wallace and Gromit in The Curse of the Were Rabbit (U) for little ones (or scaredy cats!). Wallace and his loyal dog, Gromit, set out to discover the mystery behind the garden sabotage that plagues their village and threatens the annual giant vegetable growing contest.

 

Looby Lou Face Painting will be in the foyer from 4pm and children can get their faces painted after the screening, ready for a night of trick or treating. There will also be free, Halloween goodie bags available for those attending the film.

 

The more daring out there can join us for some grown-up Halloween fun and celebrate one of the best black comedy horrors of all time; An American Werewolf In London (15), which will be shown at 7.30pm. Local residents can look out for scenes in this classic film which were filmed in the Brecon Beacons.Nightfall

 

Preceding An American Werewolf in London (15) will be a screening of short film, Nightfall (15), made by Herefordshire based company, Wye Valley Films. The short horror film will last for 20 minutes from 7pm and is free only to ticket holders to An American Werewolf in London (15).

 

The Courtyard know that face painting is not just for kids, so Looby Lou Face Painting will be around until the film goes up at 7pm for adults to get ghouled up!
