I Heart CY
I HEART CY!
Our current fundraising campaign
Most of you know The Courtyard as a venue to watch live shows and films, you may come to see our latest exhibition or even come to some workshops… But many of you are probably less familiar with our community arts programme that delivers enriching activities and workshops for all ages, across a range of genres from dance to drama, music to visual arts and much more, all year round, both at The Courtyard and out across the county.
Access for all to quality participatory arts is one of our core commitments and this wide reaching community programme would not happen without additional financial support.
This year (2017-18 financial year), we must raise £40,000 from across all our individual giving channels including seat sponsorships, 50/50 Lotto, Grand Draw and donations, including I HEART CY. This year’s Appeal target for I HEART CY is £25,000 and will include all funds raised from the Christmas Appeal. The casts of Sleeping Beauty (pantomime) & Little Red Riding Hood (studio show) will be bucket collecting after every public performance so please support them if you can. There will also be an exciting online auction from late November through to mid dDcember – more details to follow.
If you can, please make a donation to I HEART CY today (see below for link) and help us continue to deliver the vibrant arts programmes enjoyed by so many sections of our community, including those with dementia and their carers.
BRING HOME THE BACON: want to save some loose change for us? We still have a good supply of fundraising I Heart CY Piggybanks, supported by Hereford Butchers that you can sign up for, at Box Office. Take your pig home, feed him/her with coinage/notes and bring back the monies raised to Box Office in an envelope marked PIGS, with your name on.
