I Heart CY
I HEART CY!
Our current fundraising appeal
Most of you know The Courtyard as a venue to watch live shows and films, you may come to see our latest exhibition or even come to some workshops… But many of you are probably less familiar with our community arts programme that delivers enriching activities and workshops for all ages, across a range of genres from dance to drama, music to visual arts and much more, all year round, both at The Courtyard and out across the county.
Access for all to quality participatory arts is one of our core commitments and this wide reaching community programme would not happen without additional financial support.
For the financial year 2016-17, we set a target of £20,000 to be raised by the end of March 2017, in order to avoid cutting back this work and we have to date raised over £17,000. In 2017-18, we’ll be aiming to raise £45,000 from Individual Giving, including the annual appeal and our other individual giving initiatives combined eg seat sponsorships, 50/50 Lotto and the Christmas Appeal.
If you can, please make a donation today and help us protect the community arts programme for Herefordshire residents, as well as this wonderful, vibrant and popular venue.
Want to save some loose change for us? Sign up for an I Heart CY Piggybank, supported by Hereford Butchers, at Box Office. Take him home, feed him and bring back the monies raised to Box Office in an envelope marked PIGS, with your name on.
