Courtyard & Crossroads Team Up to Help Carers

Following the launch of a new Carers’ health and wellbeing service by Herefordshire Council and Crossroads Care, The Courtyard is working in partnership with Crossroads to enable more carers to enjoy the wide range of activities and performances on offer!

The partnership means that any carer who would like to attend events at The Courtyard can request care support from Crossroads to be available during the event. The Courtyard already offers a free carers’ ticket to all live shows and films, but this will mean carers have even more freedom to enjoy an event.

The new health and wellbeing service aims to offer a wider range of support and services that can give carers a complete break from their caring responsibilities.

The partnership between Crossroads and The Courtyard will be in place for a special performance from Patricia Routledge at The Courtyard, best known for TV comedy roles like Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances. Patricia will be in conversation with Edward Seckerson on Sunday 18 October at 2.30pm. The Courtyard is also offering accessible free transport to this event from Leominster and Ross on Wye, as part of their Free Transport Scheme, which is open to users of the Crossroads Care Scheme as well as the general public. The transport is free but must be pre-booked online or at The Courtyard Box Office.
