Welcome to Kate Ross, our new Education Officer

We’re delighted to welcome Kate Ross to The Courtyard Education Team. Kate will be working as an Education Officer and Youth Theatre Leader.

Originally a secondary school teacher by profession, Kate also established and ran a theatre company and performance academy in the North East.

Since moving to Herefordshire she has worked in different capacities supporting vulnerable young people. This has been through teaching in local schools, outreach work and writing and directing a community pantomime.

Kate says:

Kate is currently working in several schools and runs the Year 3-6 Youth Theatre groups.

With over 16 years of experience teaching performance, writing, directing and producing youth theatre, Kate is excited to grasp every opportunity in her new role and see even more young people flourish and excel.
