Chance to Dance Returns!

In the Coronavirus Lockdown 3.0, we’re bringing back Chance to Dance!

Despite strict lockdown restrictions, we will be delivering a range of our usual classes online.

On Fridays, from 15th January 2021, we’re relaunching Chance To Dance, delivered by professional dance and fitness practitioner Lisa Fraser. Lisa has a passion and enthusiasm for dance that is sure to get you smiling, moving and almost certainly sweating!

“I’m so excited to be teaching the Chance to Dance class this term!” Says Lisa, “Today more than ever people need an accessible way to enjoy dance, something this class has always provided. Now we are expanding on that, by bringing it online and into your home! Dancing is good for the body, mind and mood and I can’t wait to get started!”

Chance To Dance is a low impact accessible dance class that gives you the opportunity to get moving, develop skills, gain confidence and make friends! Dance fitness has been proven time and again to be the best all round class for body and mind. Helping to increase fitness, improve flexibility and dexterity while challenging your brain with coordination and remembering movements and sequences. Most importantly it is so much fun! Each half term will focus on a different style or subject and you will work towards a short routine.

Fridays 10.15am – 11.15am
15th Jan, 22nd Jan, 29th Jan, 5th Feb, 12th Feb
Half Term
26th Feb, 5th March, 12th March, 19th March, 26th March

To relaunch these sessions, we’re offering them on a pay-what-you-can basis.
