They welcome guests to their relaxed, laid back, comfortable family home, offering a large family room (one queen-size plus two singles) with ensuite bathroom and views of the river, a double overlooking the garden, Dolly the queen of Shepherds huts and a garden annex room.
The house is full of books, art and (often) music, a great place to just relax, be yourself and eat great home-cooked food. Breakfast and evening meals are provided by Polly who retrained as a Chef after years in marketing. Enjoy locally sourced food and homemade bread in the Conservatory overlooking the River Wye. They are happy to provide a pack-lunch for your onward journey. You’ll meet their very friendly, young Cockerton called Bea, two cats, two doves and offspring of varying ages. They pride themselves on being friendly and informal – and children (and well behaved pets) are welcome too!
