Every queer person is different, so we wanted to dedicate some time to thinking about highly personal stories of LGBTQ+ life. To do this, we can think of no one better than legendary Spanish director, Pedro Almodóvar. All About My Mother deftly deals with themes of grief, gender identity and AIDs, all through the story of an Argentine nurse working at a hospital in Madrid. This sensitive and witty film wears its heart on its sleeve, and will have you falling in love with each and every character.
