Pure Vintage with Robby Toner – Courtyard Fundraiser

Join big band singer Robby Toner who has a wealth of performing experience including for the UK Forces and at large-scale venues such as Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Robby lost his sight early in life and has gone on to become the only blind big band leader in the world. He’ll be emulating some of the 20th century’s most iconic vocalists, with a sparkling selection of big band classics from the likes of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Michael Bublé as well as iconic modern pop hits. This show is an exciting multi-media experience, with Robby’s 27-piece orchestra pre-recorded for the screen, featuring musicians like acclaimed Louis Dowdeswell, Ian Bateman and strings from the London Philharmonic. Robby will be joined live on stage by female vocalist Ceri Smith, some fantastic musicians and Vocalise Choir, established in 2021 by Jo Lowry, who have worked with names like Gareth Malone and Mark DeLisser.
