Kick off your weekend in style with our vibrant Saturday Brunch! To start, enjoy a bottomless continental buffet, with tea and coffee, on arrival. This will then be followed by your choice of main course: from fluffy pancakes to perfectly poached eggs, we will be serving an array of brunch classics. Gather your friends, bring your appetite, and make your Saturday morning something to celebrate!

On arrival a buffet of:

Meat and cheese platters

Fresh fruit platter (Ve)

Mixed breakfast pastries (V)

Bread rolls and croissant (V)

Bottomless tea and coffee station

Then choose from:

Steak over fries with Café du Paris butter and crisp kale (LG)

Fish and chips, minted peas, tartar sauce and lemon wedge

Fluffy American pancakes with bacon and maple syrup or fruit compote and whipped cream (V option available)

Toasted focaccia bread topped with smashed avocado, tomato salsa and poach eggs (V)

Full Courtyard breakfast, 1 sausage, 2 bacon, poached egg, beans, toast, mushrooms and tomatoes
