Learning about the Summer Menu

This week has seen the launch of our Café Bar Summer Menu for 2025.

Along with our classic staples there are some great new additions including Grilled Chicken Bruschetta, a mountain of mouth watering ingredients including whipped avocado, seasoned ricotta and fire corn salsa all topped with parmesan cheese as well as the new Mediterranean Cream Cheese Bagel added to our “Light Bites” which you can upgrade with some delicious smoked salmon. We also see the return of some old favourites like the famous Flat Iron Steak, this time paired with pesto crushed new potatoes, ratatouille and broccoli.

We invited photographer, Joe Nobile, to come along and take some professional pictures of the full menu (keep an eye out on our social media for those).

Head of Catering, Dickie, took the opportunity to brief the Bar Supervisors on the new dishes and let them see and taste how they should be served.

He talked through all the elements of the dishes and why he’s added them to this season’s menu. It’s a tricky balance to strike but he takes care to include a variety of meat options, seafood, vegetarian & vegan, as well as offering options for people with different dietary requirements. Hopefully you’ll find something you love!
