Patron Standing Order Form

The new ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) parking system is now in place and fully operational. All physical car parking passes are now redundant in the new scheme. Please keep us updated of your vehicle registration which will be loaded onto a central database with no paperwork required.

Terms and Conditions

  • One number plate per membership.
  • For joint memberships please submit two number plates.
  • The Courtyard has no control over parking tickets received if you have not provided relevant details or kept us updated of any changes.
  • If travelling in a different car, this vehicle registration can be logged at Box Office for that particular day only.
