The First Courtyard Classic Car Show

Around 40 vehicles participated in the first Courtyard Classic Car Show on Sunday 11 July 2021.

Car owners could enjoy the opportunity to show off their vehicles, and the chance to meet old friends and make new ones. Car fanatics loved sharing their motoring stories! The fine weather meant that a good crowd also came long to see the vehicles on display in The Courtyard carpark. Thankyou to everyone who attended; around £500 was raised on the day for our community arts programmes.

Thank you to Brightwells, for sponsoring this event. We welcomed Matthew Parkin, Brightwells Consultant and Associate, with his 1930s Frazer Nash.

Olle Grove, Fundraising Manager says, “I wanted to thank everyone who made The Courtyard’s first car show a success. Thanks to entries from exhibitors and donations in our buckets, we raised £500 for The Courtyard’s community projects. We’re also very grateful to Brightwells for their sponsorship of the event, without whom the event would not have been able to go ahead.

Keep your diary free for Sunday 24th July 2022 because we’ll be back with The Courtyard Motor Show 2022! We will have more vehicles of all shapes and sizes and potentially some prizes to be won as well.
