TicketPlan Refund Protection is available for most tickets purchased at The Courtyard. We recommend that you include this option as your tickets are non refundable.

Adding TicketPlan Protection will protect you against cancellation resulting from accidents, travel disruption and unexpected illnesses, or other specified unforeseen circumstances.

TicketPlan Ticket Protection costs £1.65 per performance ticket.

TicketPlan Ticket Protection is an optional service offered by The Courtyard and administered by TicketPlan on their behalf. It is not an insurance policy.

Please note: TicketPlan must be purchased for all tickets in the transaction and cannot apply to individual tickets.
